As well as do something for candidates by helping them identify how they can build their careers throughout lining the skills, experience, and qualifications they need to obtain to grow in their industries

Compono Pty was originally incorporated in Australia on the 20th May 2014, and its permanent establishment in the UK was founded 27th July 2018.

The Company seeks to develop an intelligent software platform that endeavours to:

  • match individual’s talent with recruiting employers;
  • help those employing organisations optimise their staff talent; and
  • assist individuals in the building of their careers.

At the core of the software platform is a suite of algorithms that interpret structured and validated skills and experience, qualifications, and psychometric analysis, to make performance and role-based predictions. By applying adaptive machine learning, the Company’s solution is expected to iteratively improve the validity of its outputs, which are used in the hiring and organisational development decisions of its users. Ultimately, the Company seeks to be the foremost global database of talent, populated by valid and structured data upon which sound recruitment decisions can be made.
